The Copper Coast Map
I’d love to produce a print of The Copper Coast map for you so please get in touch and we can discuss a few options. I’ve made it in lots of different sizes. I can supply it as a high quality photographic print or mounted on board ready to be framed. It’s a hand drawn quirky map but the places identified on it are real places although the scale is slightly skewed to suit the birds eye perspective. At the time of release 5000 copies of the map were distributed and it was even presented to former Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Taoiseach Leo Varadkar.
It was created back in 2013 for the Copper Coast Geopark, a UNESCO designated region here in Waterford, Ireland. It was commissioned by the Metal Links project which is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Ireland Wales Programme 2007 – 2013 (Interreg 4A).
